Last transaction, as per CS team, I attempted 4 times and 4x the amounts are stuck. They said I need to verify my card on browser which I did over the phone! This has now caused about a 3 week delay on my item as it will miss the shipment as I cannot pay the outstanding balance in time. Rubbish Service by Royal.
